Core Facility Services Offered
Our facility provides analytical services to support research in nutrition and biomedical sciences. Key offerings include:
- Measurement of bioactive compounds in fruits, vegetables, beverages, botanicals, and dietary supplements.
- Human and mouse blood/tissue absorption analysis of phytochemicals and therapeutic drugs.
- Characterization of metabolites from blood, tissue, urine, and fecal samples. We offer both standardized panels and customizable services for the detection and quantification of:
- Acylcarnitine species
- Tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle metabolites
- Nitric oxide
- Trimethylamine N-oxide (TMAO)
- Cortisol and cortisone
