Boyer Hall 124 | Duilio Cascio cascio@mbi.ucla.edu 310-885-1551 |
The in-house generator is a Rigaku FRE+ High Brilliance rotating anode with two HTC imaging plates. This setup allows quick and efficient testing of crystals and fast data collection times before sending the best crystals to the synchrotron for MAD or SAD phasing. The core provides users with access to an x-ray source and detector. More than 75 Structures per year are solved using this in-house equipment. |
